Shotzi’s Journey to Recovery: From ACL Injury to Stem Cell Therapy
WWE wrestler Shotzi suffered an ACL injury during her match against Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship on the February 20 episode of “WWE NXT,” leading to her being sidelined. While she is not currently wrestling, Shotzi recently shared an update on her well-being with fans on Instagram. During this time of recuperation, she has been able to concentrate on her knee as well as deal with a persistent back issue.
Embracing the Silver Lining
In Shotzi’s Instagram post, she expressed her thankfulness and positivity regarding her present circumstances. She said that her knee injury, though unfortunate, has provided her the opportunity to finally address her back injury, a problem that has been bothering her for more than two years. Shotzi is currently in Mexico getting stem cell therapy, a treatment she has wanted for her back injury for a long time.
“In Mexico to finally get the stem cells I have been wanting since I hurt my back 2 and a half years ago! Realizing that my knee injury is giving me the opportunity to finally heal my back has been a huge silver lining,” Shotzi wrote. “Thank you @rejuvstem Thank you Universe. I am forever grateful. Here is to wrestling pain free when I come back! But first coconuts and cenotes!”

At first, Shotzi was projected to be sidelined for a period of nine months after injuring her ACL. If this schedule stays on track, she still has a few months left before she can fully come back to WWE. Nevertheless, there is ambiguity about the brand she will join when she comes back. In the most recent WWE Draft, she went undrafted for “WWE Raw,” “WWE SmackDown,” and “NXT,” causing uncertainty about where she will end up next.

Famous for her lively personality and bold in-ring approach, Shotzi rapidly gained popularity among fans.
Stem Cell Therapy and Its Benefits
Stem cell therapy has gained popularity in recent years as a treatment for various injuries, particularly in the sports world. The therapy involves using stem cells to repair damaged tissues, offering a potential path to quicker and more effective healing. For Shotzi, this treatment could be a game-changer, allowing her to address her back issues comprehensively while also recovering from her knee injury.
