A fan's guide
Friday Fights is traditional Lumpinee Muay Thai on a global platform, with small-glove bouts in some events and a strong emphasis on finishes. Bonuses reward knockouts, which explains the high finish rate.
Events are held weekly in Bangkok and stream on ONE's platforms.
Our take
Friday Fights is the most finish-heavy series in combat sports and the best showcase of traditional Muay Thai on a global platform. The weekly schedule means quality varies, but the best cards are as exciting as anything on a big-event calendar.
We recommend starting with The Inner Circle bouts, which feature the bigger names.
