What happened
Britain’s Ryan Terry won the 2026 Men's Physique Olympia ahead of Ali Bilal and Kyron Holden. Men’s Physique is judged in board shorts with the emphasis on the upper body — shoulder width, a narrow waist and a V-taper — and on stage presentation.
Our take
Terry’s win completed a big weekend for British physique athletes, with Niall Darwen winning Classic Physique and Samson Dauda second in the Open. Men’s Physique is the most popular division at amateur level in the US, and a champion with Terry’s polish is good for its credibility at the pro level.
