Bully Ray: WWE Money in the Bank Main Event Made a Critical Mistake

WWE Hall of Famer, Bully Ray ratted on the Busted Open Radio program, about the aftermath of the shocking ending of the main event at WWE Money in the Bank 2024. The conclusion of the event saw The Bloodline emerging victorious against the fearsome team of Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, and Randy Orton and the fans’ reactions. However, there was one major mistake that Bully Ray highlighted which if corrected, changed the trajectory of WWE’s storylines.

They say that last week’s Money in the Bank 2024 event was one of the best endings. This squash, signaled the coming out party for Jacob Fatu who had debuted in the ring just weeks prior to this on “WWE SmackDown”. By his side, a man who left quite an impression would be Solo Sikoa who got the win for The Bloodline, which saw him defeating none other than the very determined Cody Rhodes. Everybody in the theatre could feel and had his or her heart pounding as the victorious three jubilated.

However, the highly anticipated Bro Mans final battle did deliver, and apart from the great competition, Bully Ray, usually famous for his comments and opinions, predicted the match from the analyst’s perspective. To his defense on “Busted Open Radio” He complimented the match and the debut of Jacob Fatu. Still, he was not afraid to touch upon what, in his opinion, WWE should have been promoting as much as it was promoting mediocre matches.

“If I had been given the opportunity to follow up that on television,” Bully Ray pointed out, “I would have done it differently Nevertheless, the match was awesome and The Bloodline was deserving of the win, it was just that the post-show angle felt somewhat shallow from a storytelling perspective.”
