What happened
Keone Pearson won the 2026 212 Olympia ahead of Brazil’s Lucas Garcia and former champion Shaun Clarida. The 212 division is bodybuilding for competitors who weigh in at 212 pounds or less, judged on the same criteria as the Open: size, conditioning, symmetry and presentation.
Our take
Pearson has the structure — small waist, full muscle bellies — that 212 judges reward, and he looks built to hold the title for several years. Clarida finishing third rather than winning shows the division has turned over; the question is whether Pearson stays at 212 or tests himself in the Open, as several 212 champions have before him.
