| Figure | More muscle and definition than Bikini, with a V-taper; quarter turns |

| Fitness | Physique rounds plus a choreographed routine of strength and flexibility |
| Women's Physique | Muscular development and conditioning short of Women's Bodybuilding |
What happened
The Olympia’s other women’s divisions crowned Jasmine Gonzalez (Bikini), Lola Montez (Figure), Eduarda Bezerra (Wellness), Michelle Fredua-Mensah (Fitness), Natalia Abraham Coelho (Women’s Physique) and Shealynn Burnett (Fit Model) in 2026.
Fitness is the double: Fredua-Mensah also won Fitness at the 2026 Arnold Classic in March, making her the only athlete to win the same division in Columbus and Las Vegas this year.
Our take
Bikini and Wellness draw the biggest fields in the IFBB Pro League, and Brazil’s influence on Wellness — a division that rewards lower-body development — continues to show. Judging in these divisions is more subjective than in bodybuilding, so we list podiums rather than scores.
