WWE‘s Survivor Series: WarGames will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2026 at Daikin Park in Houston, Texas, the baseball stadium of the Houston Astros.
Survivor Series first took place in 1987 and has featured the WarGames match since 2022. It is WWE’s final major premium live event of the year, three weeks after Crown Jewel on November 7.
Why the venue matters
Holding Survivor Series outdoors in a baseball stadium follows the 2025 edition at Petco Park in San Diego. WWE has increasingly used stadiums for its second-tier events, and Houston in late November is a safer bet for an open-air show than most northern cities.
Last year's WarGames
| Match | Winners |
|---|---|
| Men's WarGames 2025 | Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre & Brock Lesnar |
| Women's WarGames 2025 | Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, AJ Lee, Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair |
Our take
WarGames is best used to blow off a faction feud, and WWE has several candidates: The 946 on Raw, The Vision and the various Bloodline offshoots. One WarGames main event, rather than the two WWE ran in 2025, would give the show a clearer focus.
We expect the teams to be set on Raw and SmackDown in the three weeks after Crown Jewel.

WarGames rules
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Rings | Two rings side by side inside one cage, with a roof |
| Start | One member from each team starts |
| Entrances | Remaining members enter at timed intervals, alternating teams |
| Win | Once everyone has entered, the first pinfall or submission wins |
WarGames was created in the 1980s in Jim Crockett Promotions and revived by WWE in NXT before becoming Survivor Series’ centrepiece in 2022. It suits faction storylines because every member of a group can take part.
